
Two years have now passed since the “Outaouais Bite Into It!” campaign has been launched by the Table de concertation agroalimentaire de l’Outaouais (TCAO) with the support of the ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation du Québec (MAPAQ) and numerous other partners such as Economic Development Canada and the Conférence régionale des élus de l’Outaouais (CRÉO).
A spin-off from the provincial campaign “Mettez le Québec dans votre assiette!” and now from the campaign “Aliments du Québec: Toujours le bon choix!”, “Outaouais Bite Into It!” is a promotional campaign which aims at inciting consumers to choose products from the Outaouais; it allows amongst other to promote the regional agri-food industry, the artisans that are the involved and the different places where we can find these little treasures for our taste buds. As well, who says local products, says less processed products which are more susceptible to improve your health. This is why specialists in nutrition have joined our campaign.
We therefore invite you to look for the visual signature of the campaign where ever you can find regional products (festivals, Foire gourmande Outaouais – Est ontarien, special events, etc…).
